Do I need a live Google Business Profile?
Yes. EchoPilot connects only to verified GBP accounts so we meet Google’s API requirements.
Can I approve replies manually?
During the approval period every reply pauses for your review. You can enable true autopilot once access is granted.
How human do the replies sound?
Replies follow your tone sliders, signature, and taboo phrases to make sure every message feels like it came from the owner.
When will billing start?
Stripe is ready, but we won’t auto-charge until the Business Profile API approval email arrives.
Will you support Yelp or Facebook?
Google reviews are first so we can unlock the API. Additional networks follow once the core autopilot is live.
